"Is it reopened or is the Monte Carlo Resort on Las Vegas Blvd. a different place from the one that burned?"

The Monte Carlo now on Las Vegas Blvd was opened in June of 1996. There was a fire last year in January which closed it down for about three weeks, but it did not burn down.
