This $100 Golden Nugget chip has become extremely rare. The reason is a few years back the Golden Nugget found several counterfeits while processing payments at the cage. The entire $100 series was taken off the tables and is no longer in use. I have attempted to find out what happened. I have inquired as to how many are missing from the initial issue, etc. I have attempted to purchase one at the cage. I have offered a $50.00 tip to cage personnel to get one but no one working in the cage wishes to discuss this chip. I doubt the real story will ever be known as to what happened; however, if you don’t have this chip and want it………..Good Luck!
