I have only seen two of these chips. I know more exists but I have not seen them while looking through dealer’s stock books and show cases since 1994. I remember a while back James Campiglia was looking to purchase one for a customer. I don’t know if he was successful. The two chips I am discussing were purchased from Bill Akeman at Gamblers General Store. I bought one and my friend Richard Averill, at my insistence, purchased the other. The two chips came from the Jerry Wall collection. I believe the chip is VERY RARE but I have little evidence to support my opinion
