I purchased this chip from Gordon Hall. Gordon is now deceased. For those who never met Gordon or had the opportunity to spend a few minutes with him will never know the pleasure of discussing chips and or race horses with a true “character”. Gordon purchased four to six pieces of this beautiful Hacienda chip from an individual Gene Trimble worked with at the Fiesta Rancho. In my opinion, the chip is priced fairly in James Campiglia’s and Steve Wells current book…”The Official U.S. Casino Price Guide”. It goes from $900.00 to $4,000 depending upon condition. I believe the price is fair I just do not believe you will see much of a variety to select from.
