This rare piece I purchased from Jay Sands in 2007. According to Jay there are only two pieces known. Jay told me the story about the chip but I have forgotten a lot of it. He has one and I have the other. Presently, the chip is unlisted in both price guides but I have it upon good authority it will be in the next Chip Rack at $1,000. I believe this is far to low for a chip with only two known. Jay told me he wouldn’t sell his for less than $1,500. So Jay, why are you going to list it at $1,000? Authors are certainly strange individuals
