My guess is wireless not secure.
Better spend $50 and search for a root kit - my bet is there is one on the machine by now and they are hell to get off.
You may have to re-image the machine. Sorry for the trouble.
As I have said before, having the IP address in a post is heap bad medicine. It's like addresses for hackers to try. They jiggle the door knob and of course some doors are not locked. IP visable is not a good idea.
