Question: Did Treasure Island (T.I.) change its rack of chips when purchased by former New Frontier owner, Phil Ruffin?
Also, did they issue new slot cards?

Ownership change used to mean chip change too, but not always the case anymore, as long as name stays the same.

I'm planning out my chip run during the convention as it's been a year since I was last in LV.
