When someone on this Board recommends against bidding on a particular chip, I'll go along with that. But fairness dictates that someone explain why the listing is fraudulent or the seller is considered a crook.

Otherwise, there is a risk that people will add someone to their "do not bid" list when the post was made out of spite or jest.
