I guess I have to dispute these numbers a little.

In 50 years of poker I've never seen a dealer that can deal 26 hands a down (30 minutes).
That is a hand a minute. The best dealers average roughly 25-27 hands an hour in a fast moving game.

I've never seen drop box counts that averaged anywhere near $260hr.
Any poker manager would be elated to average 1/2 of that figure.
Using your numbers 10 people buy in for $100. At the end of 1 hour they have $74 each. 2 hours they have $48. in the 3rd hour 1/2 the players can't call a full bet.
