I stayed at the Hotel Nevada in Ely last month. 2nd time. Got a regular room; they're fine. Nice old hotel. They take pets, so it was kinda fun walking the dachshund through the casino on the way to our room.

Don't bother going to Wells for chips. The 4 Way took out its table games in January. If you can get to Battle Mountain on a weekend, they should be running a blackjack game (unless it's a NASCAR weekend, when they don't open the game...seriously).

Sturgeon's in Lovelock is closing its blackjack game, per the staff there. I heard it was rarely open anyway.
