El Gallo Negro would be the Black Rooster. Gallo is masculine. To be a Black chicken would be La Gallina Negra. Just your Spanish lesson for the day. Oh one more for those that are thinking Pollo. Thats cooked chicken. Kinda like beef and a cow. have I confused everyone? Anyway........;-)
