Pala Casino, a California Indian casino, just south of Temecula has revised the way they distribute “Cash Back” to qualifying rewards club members.

In the past you would receive a monthly letter with upcoming events, advertisements for various accommodations, such as the Spa, coupons for hotel stay, spa usage and 5 coupons for money, based on previous month’s play, that you had to cash in at the cashiers cage.

Starting May 1st, with “Added Play” you just insert your slot card into the machine, enter your pin, etc and away you go OR you can go to the cashiers cage and get the chip below for play on the gaming tables. The only way to get these chips is thru monthly cash back awards, they are not available on the gaming tables nor for sale at the cashiers cage.
