The Gaming Table has a couple of listings for Agua Caliente in Tijuana, Baja California.

My question is this...The dates of operation listed all seem to coincide with one another but one of them is listed as being owned by Bugsy. Could it be that he owned them all? Do these chips come from one of his clubs? And if not, does anyone have a scan of one that did?
