Pre-publication cost is $24.95 for payments received BEFORE Saturday May 30.
Post-publication cost is $29.95 for payments received AFTER that date as my cost go up $6.00 per issue!

Mailing within the US: $4.95 via priority mail. $14.95 to all other locations.
