The "1" is much wider on the left chip. Note the point where the '1' hits the thin red border circle. I also think the circle is twice as wide on the left.
First time round I thought the rump spot etc. were just ink variances or color reg (black/gray) variances. Now I think the chips were produced from different artwork.
