I am realistic to know that my chips wouldn't make the to 1000. If I am the only one that has them, who else woud vote for them.

Since you have collected the scans, you know more than me that some of the chips that have been shown more than once are fairly common chips that are traded and sold on this board many times.

Of what worth would including such chips in a top 10 be?

Stuffing the ballot box is ok in political elections, not in chip election!
