As with others, I have no problem with the minor change-out of a chip or two, but to do what you are suggesting at this juncture will cause a bias to the process, at least in the beginning stages here.
While my quite lengthly post above did not make mention of this, I tend to see this Project as taking a bit of time and will perhaps see a request for a second submission in light of the chips being viewed for the first time by some. But for right now, in the spirit of diversity, I will make note of, but will reject, the wholesale duplication of someone elses efforts.
While this is the first request to change previously selected chips to David's, I have rejected another individual's contribution to just use David's picks, even though I felt that the individual was sincere in his belief that they represented his Top 10 picks as well.
My concern is that it makes too easy to participate and de-values the contributions (and work done) by others. Anyway, that's the way I see it right now, but I am always open to discussion.
