Prior to the chip being introduced to our community (here and in Puerto Rico)... all we knew about it was that it was simply a C&S with a "HC" on it, because that's how Howdy took the picture of the mounted chip at USPC (the HC side, only... because it was tied down). Then, when an example was discovered in Cincy, a photo of both sides was sent to several collectors in PR to confirm that it was indeed from PR... They were shocked; not knowing of the chip, prior (w/o a picture of the "turned over" side... When the Black example was offered shortly after, the buyer was so happy that he paid the 'middleman' a $500 bonus above and beyond the price of the chip just for doing the deal and being very happy with the chip.

Everyone involved with this eBay sale should be quite happy... The chip is a killer...!
