upload your images there but first make sure they're not huge dimensionally or filesize. You can use a photo editor program to resize an image and most also have a save for web option which reduces picture quality for online viewing thus reducing file size.
from within photo bucket, once the file is uploaded you have options that include the proper HTML coding for viwing the image from a message board. just copy the HTML code directly into your message and you're good to go.
if you have personal web space from your ISP, you can upload the images there and enter the proper path of the image in the box below your chipboard.net message where it asks for Optional Image URL.
