I was sad when I saw the picture of the MR without the sign...but I don't know how they could do anything with the building, or what's left of it, as it stands now. They couldn't raise the funds to bring it back when the economy was good, and the building hadn't burned. Now...one more piece of history is gone, I'm afraid.

Like you, I'm happy that the sign escaped the fire and is now in the boneyard. Hopefully someday it will be restored to its former glory
