If you are headed to the Caribbean:

Make a prinout of the chips (especially the obsoletes) from any casino you intend to visit. In St. Kitts, I went in the afternoon when the tables were open but the crowds were small. I showed the pictures and asked if they had any of these "older" chips.

At both casinos, the employees were fascinated with the images of the obsolete chips. That starts the conversation and thanks to Charles' guide, I was able to get some obsolete roulettes. Awesome site. I won't leave home without it.
