My reason for asking:

Recently... "...police say officers 'Tasered' him [a 15-year-old boy] and his reaction led them to immediately call for emergency medical help. He was pronounced dead at --- Regional Medical Center."

"A report released by --- said that more than 300 people have been killed after being 'Tasered' since 2001, in the US."
