I use AdAware, Spybot, and RegScrubXP pretty religiously.

They're all free but you have to be able to get online first of course. perhaps you could use another computer to DL the files and transfer them to your PC via thumb drive?

I'm not a computer geek so maybe somebody with better skills can help more.
