Maybe its a good thing....
In Response To: Internet Gaming and Minnesota ()

The federal statues they are using to do this stay on the books because no one wants to talk about the issue. It is sort of like Prohibition - everyone knows people are playing online and no one enforces the laws - except in high profile cases like the NetTeller CEO. Attempts to change the law die from lack of support because many politicians would prefer not to take a position on the issue. I really feel it is time to face the facts and legalize and regulate the online sites. I'm sure the brick and morter gambling folks will put a lot on money into seeing that it doesn't happen.
