Curious question
In Response To: Internet Gaming and Minnesota ()

Has an apparently legitimate gaming site gone belly-up and left players without the winnings? I know that is one of the arguments against off-shore and internet gaming.

It's interesting that a state would seek to limit internet access. I don't think that has been tried before in the USA, although a lot of states are starting to pursue Craigslist for advertising what has turned out to be [shock!] adult services.
