A president leaving office can take only a limited amount of the gifts he aquired during his term of service. Weather there was more than one Air Force One in 1950 I sure do not know. The Truman set ended up here-->

Eisenhower with the presidential seal inlay for use on Air Force One. Chips were made by T. R. King in white, red, blue and yellow. They were ordered from King on June 23, 1954." It has been a mystery until now, at least for me, just where the Eisenhower set was located. This chip set must have been one of the few things Eisenhower requested when he left office and it has been in private hands ever since. I would think it would be a good idea Dave, to get as much history as far as tracing the set back to Eisehower if possible.
