Nate, maybe Andy or another Henderson resident could weigh in here, but I'm pretty sure that area east of I-15 on St. Rose Parkway, where the M Resort is located, is Henderson. Just across I-15 is the Southern Highlands neighborhood, which is within the Las Vegas city limits.
