More detailed information about this fix: In the past, some folks have found out that if you right-mouse click on the Admin Utility icon on their desktop and check the [x]Run_as_Administrator option, that fixed this problem. By default, the application was getting intalled under the [c:\Program Files\CollectionLibrary] folder. I guess vista is picky about applications being installed under the Program Files folder. Now the application will be installed to c:\CollectionLibrary and that solves it. I actually haven't changed the application one bit, just the location where it is installed on your computer. Crazy I know, but that fixes this issue.
