I was at Barona Casino near San Diego (Lakeside) last month and their roulette is played with cards also (state law they said.) No pegs but three card piles that divide the board in thirds. Where the ball lands, regardless of in what number it has landed, the dealer takes a card from that 1/3 of the board and THAT card is the winning number. Weird.
