A SCUMBAG. I always ask for a price. I never make an offer. If the item is extremely rare and the seller doesn't realize it...well I got a bargain and I can sleep at night.
If I would make a low ball offer on a high dollar item and the seller took it...Yeah, I'd be a SCUMBAG.
If they put a price on it and I buy we should both be happy.
