I agree. I choose to inform if something is just WAY off balance, only because that's the way I am. Now, the question is, do I pass along information on EVERYTHING I see unbalanced? No, I'd be lying if I said I did. I have made purchases on a whim because I just had to make a quick decision or lose out on a good opportunity.
Case in point, I just won a bid on ebay for a chip I think may be worth much more than my winning bid but I won't be sure until I get get my price guide back from my brother. If I'm right, I made out pretty good. If not, I lost a few bucks, which goes to what you were saying about buyers and sellers alike being informed before they enter the market.
Because I saw this chip with only a couple of minutes left for bidding, I took a chance. Now I just need to wait and see what happens.
