Ethical Paradox

Hello all;

I'd like to pose a question for the wisdom gathered here, a sort of conundrum.

Here's the scenario -

You discover a seller who has a chip that is quite valuable and rare. The seller is blissfully unaware of the value of the chip.

Is one morally obligated to offer the seller fair market value for the chip, knowing that he would be very happy to receive just 10% of the FMV, if he remained in the dark?

------------ OR ---------------

Is one just as morally obligated to maximize revenue, do whatever it takes, for the sake of bettering the personal business and providing for the family?

Would love to hear from you all...

My View
Tell seller the truth ask for a deal & sleep well
...and wake up the next morning to find it on eBay
My take....
My story on the subject
Reverse the situation...
Doing the right thing is not always
So I have a question.
The seller set the price...& you paid what she was
IMO the deal stands.
Another country heard from..
