originally with an accusatory tone, as the description is clearly inaccurate. However the seller, after learning the truth, was apologetic and stated that he would take down the listing. He asked for a picture of the original plaques so he could take it up with his source, which I just forwarded him (and I also referred him here).

Apparently he was sold the plaques from someone he said 'had a good reputation among casino chip and silver strike collectors'. I find it a little hard to believe that anyone who is active in the chipping community would not know that these are replicas, but I will withhold judgment that this seller was intentionally misled by a fellow chipper until more facts come to light. Hopefully that is not the case .
