What I know of this chip comes from "The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide", which states that they were made at the request of, and for, a collector after the hotel closed its table games. The look of the inlay originally seems to be sun faded, but was actually made yellow. It off-sets nicely against the green and orange to make a great looking chip.
