Me vs. The Woodpecker... and so far the pecker is winning.

He made a 2-inch hole in one of my gable ends going thru 3/4" cedar siding against 30-pound felt and 5/8 yellow pine plywood backed up w/ another layer of 30-pound felt.

He's now in the attic over the garage trying to get out w/o being able to find his entry hole... so he's pecking at my soffit vents to no avail. It sounds like Tin Pan Alley up there.

I tried dropping the fold-down ladder access in the garage, but he seems to be avoiding using it to escape... and when I went into an in-house access trying to chase him over to the garage side; the pecker-brain just flys around... and I surely will not allow him to escape into the house and start pecking on my chips....
