ya, ebay won't get into the middle of an excessive shipping charges dispute. They say you need to discuss shipping costs w/ the seller before you commit to buy. $3.00 shipping and handling for a chip isn't that bad. I can see where you're coming from on having to pay for multiple shipping charges of $3. I agree with Judy, I'd tell them to ship all the chips individually and packaged property to avoid shipping damages. Thats about the only thing you can do to get your monies worth. That SuX I learned that one the hard way also, but that was buying a drum from Japan without the calculated shipping costs being known just estimated.
