I have never seen or at least never noticed any HR #ed Roulettes with "Las Vegas, NV". Have you seen the actual chips or just scans ?? Could the 2 have been added with some type of Photo Shop work done to the scan ?? The chip with the 2 and the Las Vegas, NV is very similar to the 2nd Series of Roulette chips that were used at the Hard Rock. If there are two different styles of the #ed Roulettes - this would be a major find. My God, I would have to look for 14 more Roulette chips !!! Please keep us posted and let us know what the actual numbered Las Vegas, NV chips look like.
