I bought this and a few other chips from a lady here in San Antonio & realized there were a couple of flat spots. I'm thinking they were probably stored in a cardboard chip box somewhere at the bottom of a stack of something. And in a Texas garage to boot.

What percentage would be fair to deduct from the value of ANY chip with "abnormalities"?
