As I was driving to Flint and right off of I-94 in Battle Creek, the new Indian Firekeepers Casino had on their big sign said Opening this Summer. Not sure of any dates, but it seemed that the construction is going well. I hope to go back up to Flint this summer and stop on in when it opens. All I know, if there is a recession in Michigan one would never know as all the casinos I went to were full.

I also saw on this board that there is going to be a Great Lakes Chip Show Nov 7. in Battle Creek. Well, right down the road 5 minutes from the Comfort Inn is where the new casino is. How nicely planned.
