There is an entry for "date" in TCR but when it only lists a decade, not a year, you have to wonder. I imagine Howdy Herz knows, as Harvey Gross was his uncle and he spent a lot of time at the hotel in past years. Not sure if Howdy had input to TCR data base of chips, though.
