I'll tell you what I can do and a few others that I know have done. I am calling and giving an earful to Sheriff Clint R. McRae at 936-435-2400 and District Attorney David Weeks at 936-435-2441 and let them know that I expect Michael Edmonds and Alfonzo Hernandez be made fully aware of just how their actions have affected others.

This dog is not more deserving of special consideration than yours or mine, but the context in which the crime occurs illustrates the need for social outrage and ensuring that more than a hand slap is handed down for many such offenses which we have taken too lightly for two long. My two cents, it just makes me sad and angry to see these thing happen.
