The last I heard was that the Hard Rock was going to move into that area but due to the slow down of the economy they have decided not to put money into building a new casino.

Look under Kansas since the race track is in Kansas.

I do now that the Missouri vote did limit the number of casinos in the state so unless others close I don't think any new casinos will open except for the new St. Louis casino all ready under construction.
