Travis is great "from what I have been told" and a funny thing if an attonery was to contact your dead beet they do at times jump to attention and take care of matters. I had to use the claims@ccgtcc years ago when a trading partner died. When his lady friend who was handling his Estate was contacted by our claims dept she answered me right away and took care of the un-answered previous emails I had sent.
