I agree with Archie. As an occasional buyer (who is not a member of the club), I would never expect a seller to send the chips to me before I paid. In fact, I know some traders don't send chips to me until after they have received my half of the bargain, and I have no problem with that.

I hate to say this, but shipping to strangers before they have paid encourages those strangers to attempt fraud against everyone else, too.
