OK, with all the modern chips being issued, does the gaming board ensure the validity of the number produced for LEs? I have always wondered as I see what seems to an unbelievable volume of recent issues (Betty Page/Palms for one) available and being traded, mounted on plaques, sold, etc. Between the chip retailers, employees, and collectors with connections, it seems 500 would be gone before they hit the cage. I just wonder if the Gaming Commission really concerns itself with the volume produced or just ensuring the casino has the required chip to cash reserve on hand.
