These are tokens minted by the Franklin Mint. They are silver. The little flecks you see on them are from dusty holders and dirty scanner glass. The tokens are in 2.5 x 2.5 inch holders, so they are fairly large. I would like to trade these for silver American Eagles or Mexican Libertads. Please email with scans of your offer. Thanks, Steve
