It will get a little better each day. Someone told me the urge to smoke only lasts 11 seconds. The trouble is, that when you first quit, the 11 second periods seem to be stacked right on top of each other. Each day the urge will reduced and you just have to get the nicotine out of your system.
You are on the right track, keep it up and you can do it for not only yourself but for your loved ones.
