On to downtown Vegas to the Golden Gate for a 5th issue $.25 chip, N1708, released in 1964.

The Golden Gate is one of my favorite casino to visit. Small, classic feel, great woodwork in the lobby, diner in the back. Great chips, too. I like the clean lines of this chip. The crisp points of the white SCA inlay against the subtle mustard color is a nice contract, the deep and shiny Christy & Jones hat and canes, a splash of red for color, and the interesting pic of the trolley to hold your interest.
