This is an illegal chip from the Streamline Hotel, Daytona Beach, Florida. It is a blue, harp mold chip, with gold hot stamp, and was shipped to D. L. Knowles c/o the Streamline Hotel on November 22, 1940. As you can see from the scan, the cross-hatching is in excellent condition.
This chip was manufactured in 3 colors: Pink (600), Yellow (300), and Blue (100). There are only three of these blue chips known to exist. The chip is mentioned in Mark Lighterman's Guide to Florida Gambling Establishments, but is not pictured, as this chip, with two others, is a recent find.
