Wittenburg is near Keshena which is near Shawno. It's slightly West of Green Bay. #93 North Star is a comfortable, scenic, two lane drive from there.
Milwaukee to Green Bay is about 120 miles, same for Milwaukee to Baraboo - Ho chunk. Mostly Interstate. Nekoosa is backroads out in the woods. Black River Falls/ Majestic Pines /White Tail Crossing... is a short drive off the interstate.
Mole Lake and Northern Lights - Carter are miles from anyplace on the road to someplace else. Both near Crandon #91
Consider the rest even more "North Woods" destinations.
Milwaukee, Ho chunk, Menominee (nice place to stay, centrally located also) and Green Bay are larger modern style casinos. White Tail Crossing and Northern Lights are recently updated modern buildings. The rest are cozy little operations which are entertaining in each ones individual ways. There are a bunch of slots only places in Wisconsin, which aren't on these maps. Reservation gas stations, with slots would be an apt description of the construction. Still if you are near one, they are worth stopping, just to see.

Interstate Highways are Red Lines, which will give you some idea of how remote these places are.
